  The people that work here are friendly and helpful. The store always looks nice and the lighting is great. They also don't rearrange the store often so you know where to go find what your looking for, except of course reworking the seasonal merchandise.

  It's blatantly obvious that this Rite Aid doesn't care about customer service. I've done business with Rite Aid for over 8 years and never had so much problem getting my prescription filled. It is NOT my doctor. They keep blaming my doctor that he doesn't respond to the fax but my doctor's office is a very small town type office. They DONT miss stuff. I travel an hour because their service is that good. I find it absolutely obnoxious that each time I have them "fax" my doctor they click a button and call it good. I want to run through a scenario. I need xxx script filled. Okay sir, we will fax your doctor and then you need to call him. Why wouldn't we just skip the fax all together and call the doctor. That is how I will handle it from now on but don't offer a service that constantly makes you look incompetent. I miss my Rite Aid in Tacoma.
