  Overall it's an average experience. Some employees are fantastic, others leave something to desire. A few appliance purchases have worked out great, one carpet order needed us to follow up and have them correct the installers mistakes. On a recent appliance purchase we needed to change the delivery day but their system kept dropping the phone call. When speaking with an in-store employee all they could do was to reschedule a month further out. It's a 3 out of 5 stars experience. Certainly not the best and not the worst experience in the world.
