  Phil took great care of me. The minute I walked through the door, I was greeted with a friendly hello. What I liked most about purchasing an engagement ring from Phil at Chipper's, was that I had the opportunity to pick the exact ring that I wanted. I never felt that I was being a sold a ring, I was able to choose it. Along with choosing the right ring, I also had a specific price that I could spend. Phil did an excellent job using my budget and his expertise to find a ring that I would love to purchase and he would feel comfortable selling to me. In the future when we decide to either upgrade the ring or add to it, I will definitely be going back to Chipper's.

  I had lost a diamond in my wedding ring and needed it replaced. I saw Chippers and after reading good reviews online I decided to stop by. The store is larger than it looks outside. I was quickly met by friendly staff and after a few minutes I had an estimate to not only replace my diamond, but to fix my loose prongs so I wouldn’t lose anymore. My ring was ready as promised and it looks brand new. I’m very happy with Chippers. They also have lovely jewelry, reasonably priced.

  Franz was awesome. Gave us as much time as we needed and explained everything. A very good product at a reasonable price. He also stayed with us after closing to make sure we got the ring we wanted.
